Here is a cake I made tonight for my Grandpa. It is a 6 inch cake and 4 inches tall. Chocolate inside and a nice caramel filling. Covered in Buttercream Frosting and decorated with fondant stars and a little flare of orange piping. He is turning 79 tomorrow, I hope he likes it. I also received my new textbook on baking tonight and will also hope that I can begin to start to self teach myself some new techniques.
